Eric Little is the CEO and founder of Crimson Building Company. Eric has over 22 years of experience in construction, including the development and construction of over 5,000 units of apartments and 10 million square feet of commercial buildings.
Eric has guided Crimson from a small start-up with two employees, into one of ENR’s top General Contracting firms in Texas, and into one of INC 5000 fastest growing companies in the United States.
Eric is a former U.S. Marine and is a board member of several non-profit organizations. He also serves as a Deacon and on the Leadership Team at his church. He has been interviewed by multiple news agencies and has also published several articles discussing the role of faith in the work place.
Eric, his wife, and his children call Fort Worth home.
Kyle is a former U.S. Marine and has been involved in the construction industry for the last 20 years. He built single-family houses, multifamily projects, and commercial buildings.
He has been at Crimson from the beginning, where he started out as a field superintendent on our very first project. He was promoted to Project Manager shortly afterwards, and he stepped into the role of VP-Project Management in 2015. He transitioned into the role of president in 2017, where he is responsible for the day to day running of the company.
Chad has spent the last 20 years building some of the most complex heavy civil, school, commercial, and multifamily projects in Texas and Louisiana. His significant projects include Brewer High School ($70 mil), General Motors GMT 800 Series ($76 mil), Comfort Suite Hotel Grapevine ($7 mil) and Career High School ($46 mil).
Chad started his career at Crimson in 2012 as a field superintendent. As we’ve grown, so has he. He stepped into the role of VP-Operations in 2014 and into the role of COO in 2017. He is currently responsible for all operations activities and employees, including project management, scheduling, layout, and quality control.
Chet brings over 30 years of experience in heavy industrial, commercial, school, and concrete construction to our team. Some of his significant projects include the General Motors Arlington Body Shop ($76 mil), DART SH 190/Richardson Station ($8.1 mil), 813 Taylor Street 8 Story Parking Garage ($3.9 mil), SMU Fondren Library ($2.3 mil) and US Army Depot, New Cumberland, PA ($167 mil).
Chet started his career at Crimson in 2014 as a Project Manager. He stepped into the role of VP-Estimating in 2015 and moved into the role of CMO in 2017. He is currently responsible for all estimating, procurement, business development, and marketing activities.
Patrick is responsible for the oversight of litigation and risk management at Crimson. As General Counsel, he handles all legal affairs within the company, including contract negotiations and drafting, claim and litigation management, and insurance issues and disputes.
Patrick obtained his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2002. He obtained his undergraduate degree at Texas Tech as well. Patrick brings over 17 years of legal experience in the construction industry.
